 Zachery
5 yo Grey Perch x TB gelding 16.2H. Zachery has matured in so many ways, it's hard to know where to start describing him. He has moved up to first flight with Blue Ridge Hunt this fall and is jumping their biggest, trappiest fences with ease. He loves to hunt! This past summer, he started eventing and has gone to a dressage show: In three outings, he was never worse than third. He's had a few jump schools with Kristin Bachman (4 star eventer and Rolex near-winner) who proclaimed him "an amazing, amazing jumper, with the potential to be a really big time horse". He has three good gaits with an amazing canter but the thing this horse does is, use his back better than any horse I've had. He can really bring his back up whether in dressage or over a fence. He's wonderful in the barn, ties, clips, loads - a really super, athletic & comfortable horse. I personally hunt a lot of the horses for sale on this site, and I have never said I was keeping one but, he's not for sale during this hunt season - I'm having way too much fun on him - he may be back on the market in the spring. $25,000

15.2H 3 yo black Clyde x Warmblood gelding. We are so excited to present this very special young horse as he is truly one of a kind. A refined and light type, he should mature around 16 to 16.1H. He has good, free gaits and has a lot of natural swing through his back. When they start out with this much relaxation and balance, you know dressage is going to come easily to them. He's too young to jump yet, but what a fabulous event horse he would be with his lighter build and ground covering stride. However . . . pretty is as pretty does and in the temperament department he is the best! Very quiet on the ground and under saddle, suitable for a more timid rider. He is a dream to hack out, it's as though he's a wise old horse in a youngster's body. He's also drop dead gorgeous - black with three socks and a star.  Beckett
16.2H 4 yo Perch x Hackney gelding. Bred like a horse we sold to the Master of Deep Run Hunt, Beckett is awesome. Although green, he has wonderful gaits and a super quiet temperament. He's a beautiful classic mahogany bay with black points and a white sock - he looks for all the world exactly like a Cleveland Bay - with a very uphill build. He' a perfect type, substantial but not heavy and will stand out in the hunt field or show ring. I bought him as a field hunter prospect but he has shown us such lovely gaits in the ring that he is a very viable dressage prospect and, of course, he could event. He is going well on the flat and will start jump training soon. We plan on getting him out in company when the hunt rides start. An exceptional prospect! $12,000

Handsome AQHA Large Pony-sized Chestnut 5 year old 14-1 1/2 H gelding. This little guy can do it all -- cute enough to be a pony hunter, sturdy enough to carry an adult cross-country! Currently in professional training and pinning consistently in local hunter shows. WTC, green over fences but going well at 2'3"-2'6"; should have no problem with 3' fences. Loves to work, honest, smart and very willing. Excellent manners, easy keeper, no vices. Hunter, pony club, lesson program prospect.
